Opening hours
Office: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
The centre: staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all year round

Directions
- From Dingle (An Daingean): take the R559 west towards Ballyferriter (Baile an Fheirtéaraigh), about 20 minutes by car. Ballywiheen is signposted just beyond the village.
- From Tralee: follow the N86 to Dingle, then the R559 to Ballyferriter — allow about an hour and a quarter.
- By public transport: Tralee has a train station, and Local Link accessible buses run between Dingle and the villages of the peninsula three to four times a day. Ring us and we will help you work out the connections.
